Middle Section Photo Gallery – Fall 2007Darrell Bay Rockcut and Shannon Creek BridgeThe two aerial photos taken in October show that most of the rock has been removed from the upslope side of the highway about one km south of Shannon Falls. It is interesting to compare the southward and northward views of the highway with those in our archived photos for this area. The final photo shows the approach and concrete deck for the expanded two lanes of highway bridge over Shannon Creek to the north of the Darrell Bay rockcut.
